Rubinstein restaurant is considered to be a meat lovers heaven, ever since it opened in the Poleg culinary district. Established by the renowned Rubinstein family, a family with years of experience and expertise in the meat industry, which chooses only the best cuts and professionally handles them throughout all stages – ageing, smoking, cutting, seasoning and roasting.

the meats are served warm and juicy after grilled to perfection as requested by our guests. It is highly recommended to order the indulging meat platter, served to the center of the table with several cuts of meat such as Entrecote, sirloin, fillet, Rubinstein’s special kebab, pork and more.
In the menu you will also find a creative assortment of hamburgers, in several sizes and up to the impressive 540 grams. Cold cuts such as our successful prosciutto and a variety of casseroles dishes are also available aside our grilled meat dishes.
After your meal hop in to our deli
The family is also the proud owner of a deli that has been successfully operating for over 40 years and is located near the restaurant. The deli offers a wide selection of house made premium delicatessens, sausages and cold cuts – especially for the carnivores who wish to continue the culinary feast at home.
Carefully designed interior
Rubinstein interior design is of a rustic inviting country atmosphere, with many shades of brown, earth and clay. In the middle of this beautiful space are seating areas made to teak wood, a magnificent bar and a wall out of specially ordered bricks which were part of an 250 year old Belgium castle. Additionally, there is a VIP separate floor suitable for private family and business events, hosting up to 30 guests and a spectacular terrace suitable for a venue of 40 people.
